SoonRouterHealthPoller exists but is never instantiated; Tenants/Overview's site status is a real, on-demand check, not a continuous feed.
VPS resource usage

Investigated this session: Coolify's Sentinel agent is enabled on the production VPS
(is_sentinel_enabled: true), but metrics collection itself is off
(is_metrics_enabled: false), and no CPU/memory/uptime endpoint exists in
Coolify's own public REST API even when metrics are on -- that data is served through a
separate, undocumented internal path. Turning metrics on and finding the real read path
is real, scoped follow-up work, not built this session.
